- The version of the 6th edition I received is printed entirely in black and white. This is in contrast with the 5th edition, which includes pictures and tables in vivid color. I’m not sure if this is intentional or in error, but it plays a significant impact in readability.
- This new book is totally in black and white. It is printed in low quality. It looks like someone used their old laser printer with an almost empty toner cartridge to print this edition. If I'm being asked to pay $80 for a paperback book, it had better be in a higher quality than this one. The author should be ashamed of what the publisher did to his work.
